From one hour to yearly programs, personal training face to face or online on anything Karate-Do. These are ‘tailor made’ individual classes regarding your needs, goals, age, body type and experience in order to optimize the progression.

Suggested topics include :

- Basic & Advance techniques & drills
- Martial Applications
- Katas Shotokan (Kase Ryu)
- Katas Applications (Bunkai)
- Developing confidence
- Preparing for tournaments or examinations
- Improving one’s technique, forms, or sparring
- Self-defense instruction
- A tailored fitness program
- Personal Coaching

Yearly Programs include :

- Black Belt Program: From beginner to black belt
- Other grades, black belt degrees and certification preparation
- For Karate Schools (Dojos): Curses with detailed content, plus follow up via seminars and/or online consulting
- Personal Coaching to refine and optimize your training

How to proceed for Private instruction :

Please use the contact form to introduce yourself and your level of experience in Karate or any other defense, combat system if any. Be specific about your goals and desire of achievement. Tell us your location that we can determine together if a face to face private class can be set up.

If you are looking for an online class :

- Private Class will be held for hour (Several Language available).
- Submit a list of topics and goals
- Check the calendar and propose a date and hour.
- You will be emailed with additional information and we will confirm together your private session, day and time.

This could also be a Study Group Session.

FEES:
$100 for 60 minutes ($800 for 10-pack)
$150 for 60-minute semi-private 2 to 4 people
$300 for 60-minute semi-private 5 to 10 people
$500 for 90-minute for group class over 10 people
